Job description
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Boiler Operator to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of
boiler systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety
regulations. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability
to interpret schematics, as well as experience in industrial maintenance and
HVAC systems.

- MUST obtain
their 3rd class stationary engineers license within 18 months
Responsibilities
- Operate and
maintain boiler systems, ensuring they function efficiently and safely.
- Monitor boiler
operations, including pressure, temperature, and water levels, adjusting
as necessary.
- Perform routine
inspections and maintenance on boiler equipment to prevent malfunctions.
- Troubleshoot
issues related to boiler operations and implementing effective solutions.
- Interpret
schematics and technical manuals to understand system operations.
- Collaborate with
other maintenance staff to ensure seamless operation of HVAC/R systems.
- Provide
excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries related
to boiler performance.
- Maintain
accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
Requirements
- Proven
experience in operating boilers or similar industrial equipment.
- Strong
mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs and maintenance
tasks.
- Familiarity with
HVAC systems and field service operations is preferred.
- Understanding
and their application in boiler systems.
- Ability to read
and interpret schematics effectively.
- Excellent
problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance issues.
- Strong
communication skills for effective customer service interactions.
- Commitment to
